Windy's Program as member of Pacific Beauty Industry Group started from family business since 1954 in Malang city, East Java Indonesia as salon and beauty school called "Pacific Salon and Beauty School" by Mrs.Ratna Dewi Wahjudi, as the pioneer.

 

Mrs.Windy has known and involved in beauty world since she was fourteen years old, working with health and beauty education, treatments, promotion and distribution her products.
